On Saturday, March 26, 2011, Joppa Lodge No. 4 held its 8th Annual R∴W∴ Eric Daniels' Outdoor Degree. The First Section began at approximately 4 PM. Supper was served between the First and Second Sections, barbeque chicken, pork butts with all the trimmings, and don't forget the desserts. There were over 200 Master Masons from around the State and all enjoyed the good food and great fellowship.M∴W∴ J. Dick Martinez was King Solomon in the Second Section with the entire Section done in full costume. By the end of the night, Brother Jonathan Meek was a new Master Mason from Lake City Lodge No. 27.Joppa Lodge would like to thank all the Brothers, from not just Joppa Lodge, but from around the State and also the Ladies for helping to make this Outdoor Degree just a great success year after year. A special thanks goes to R∴W∴ John Bryant of Branford Lodge who again brought his cooker and did a great job with the pork and chicken.
